Six stages, one project, nothing lost between them.

Each stage keeps the file, row and decision behind every number, so the counts in your report trace back to the records that produced them.

  1. 01

    Import

Add each search with its date, query and export file. Web of Science exports split across files are joined, and their overlap is not counted twice.

  2. 02

    Deduplicate

Exact matches on DOI, or title, year and first author, are removed automatically. Similar records are shown side by side with the evidence, and you decide.

  3. 03

    Screen

Screen titles and abstracts one record at a time with keyboard shortcuts, record a reason code for each exclusion, and undo a decision.

  4. 04

    Full text

Upload PDFs, look up open-access copies automatically, or capture them through your library with the browser extension. Then assess eligibility beside the PDF.

  5. 05

    Studies & extraction

Group reports that describe the same study, define your extraction fields, and fill them in a matrix of studies.

  6. 06

    Report

A live PRISMA 2020 flow diagram drawn from your counts, with the work still pending listed beside it, so a draft never looks finished.
